Symbol of Open Arms has taught me a lot of new things. I’ve learned how to be productive and get things done without being asked. Symbol of Open Arms helped me discover ways to cope when I feel stressed and how to stay safe while in the community. I've also become better at thinking about other people's feelings and compromising when we do new activities at Social Club. Because of Symbol of Open Arms, I feel more confident in myself.

Our family's experience with Symbol of Open Arms has been nothing but positive. Our son has ADHD, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Central Auditory Processing Disorder. Working with our son can be challenging at times. However, our support provider was ready and consistently came prepared for each session. He kept our son on task, which was no easy feat. He created innovative strategies to work with him and provided meaningful goals along with constructive feedback. We were always kept informed about our son's progress and objectives. Our son was also occasionally invited out for valuable socialization opportunities. Symbol of Open Arms has provided exceptional support and has become a wonderful resource for our entire family.
